The construction standard of these dwellings ensures durability and comfort for the future. Passivhaus developments ensure that buildings are as energy efficient as possible. The MVHR and electric heating and air source heat pump negates the need for a traditional central heating system and in doing so considerably reduces fuel bills for the end users.
