Project detail
Working with Crawley Borough Council, the BIM Level 2 compliant project involved the design and construction of 10 one bed flats and 4 two bed flats over two blocks.
Considering the close proximity of neighbouring residential buildings and the new regulations regarding fire safety, the timber frame structure was built to Category C1 fire resistance rating.
